I have been following Strong Stride's program and just completed my first half marathon at age 54 injury free. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wishes to increase their running strength and help prevent injuries.
Without hesitation, Lisa is at the forefront of my training. She would answer any questions, offer advice, and even encourage me during my long runs. The Strong Stride Program created and utilized by Lisa Watson has enabled our high school athletes to train at a higher level with less interruptions due to soreness and injury.
